What is Profill 3PL Integration?
Core ConceptProfill 3PL Integration is a Bigcommerce app that connects your store to Profill, enabling seamless product fulfillment management. You can configure products for:
PPS (Pick Pack Ship)
Products are pre-stocked at Profill warehouses for quick fulfillment
POD (Print On Demand)
Products are customized and created after customer orders
When customers place orders for configured products, the app automatically syncs them with Profill for inventory handling, fulfillment, shipping, and tracking updates.
Login & Setup
Setup RequiredWe recommend starting in Development mode to test your product configurations before switching to Production. This prevents accidental charges and allows you to familiarize yourself with the workflow.
Before using the application, establish a connection to your Profill account. This is a one-time setup.
Required Credentials
- Customer Number – Your unique ID from Profill
- Customer Password – Your secure Profill password
- Environment – Select one:
- Development: For testing. No real orders or charges.
- Production: For live operations. Real orders and charges apply.
Important: Be cautious when switching to Production—this will trigger real fulfillment and charges.
